Intro

The very first Neopulsar/FFGD festival, "NP Fest'" lasted from February 8th to April 8th 2006. It's a video festival for Jokers & Laughters which purpose is the making of a funny video in a specified time with a few constraints amongst them :

The video must be 30 seconds long (we only tolerate 1 second more or less)
The letters 'F', 'F', 'G' and 'D' must appear together in the video. They can be written somewhere or pronounced, as long as they are understandable. They can't be mixed in other words.

The jury is composed of Neopulsar members exclusively, we simply designate our favorite video, the funniest one for us. Get your family camcorder ready to burn some tape and present yourself on our forum.

The winner

The jury took 4 days to make a decision ! The winner is:

We made this choice for the following reasons : first, this ad fulfil the two only constraints : it's exactly 30 seconds long and all the required FFGD letters appears. To push the analysis a little further, after 671 viewings, the video appear to have a wonderful lifetime, it's always enjoyable. This very special, a bit off, a little surrealistic humor is what whe love at Neopulsar, it really rocks. We are thanksful to this happy barbarians gang from Flying Dog Productions, those were wonderful laughing hours (count how many 30 seconds you need to make an hour).

Those four videos are far from being bad, the choice was really hard for us and we really recommend to download all of them to make your own idea. Don't hesitate one second to contact those authors and actors to congratulate them.

Debriefing

We greet all those who got involved or interested in this festival, especially those who took the time to create a video. Some of them are amazing and deserve way more than our congratulations. We had the chance to watch and rate 5 videos exclusively made for our Neopulsar/FFGD festival.

Without setting a date yet, there will be a NP Fest' 2. The only option that might change will be the allowed length of the video. Keep in touch on the forum !
